WSI’s local franchise operation has offices in McLean, Virginia, serving Maryland, and the Washington, DC, market. The McLean office first opened by Gary Levine, and Roz Levine, in 2003.
Our second office in Mandeville, LA, is operated by Andre’ Savoie, a Certified Internet Marketing Consultant with WSI since 2007. Our office in McLean, VA operates under a joint venture partnership with WSI Web Mark of Virginia and is owned by Gary & Roz Levine since 2003.

Gary Levine
Internet Marketing Strategist, Business Strategist
Gary is a Certified Internet Marketing Consultant with extensive skills and experience in search engine optimization (SEO), social media optimization (SMO), pay per click (PPC) management, web strategy development, website design and development.
Gary brings years of experience in executive management to each client he works with. His areas of specialty include business analysis and planning, as well as search engine marketing. He is a member of the WSI Executive Council and President’s Club as a top 25 franchisee.
Roslynne Levine
Internet Marketing Analyst
Roz is an Internet Marketing Consultant responsible for guiding clients in their use of search engine optimization (SEO), social media optimization (SMO), pay per click (PPC) management, web strategy development, website design and development.
As a Partner in the WSI franchise in McLean, Virginia, Ms. Levine works with the staff to make sure our clients get the best guidance and services available for the internet phase of their business.
Ms. Levine has a long and successful resume in sales and marketing with firms including Western Union and MCI.
Josh Wolf
Senior Project Manager
Josh is a Web Project Manager who combines his knowledge of website design and development with organizational skills to shepherd website projects from inception to completion. Josh is a trained digital media artist and web developer who has launched hundreds of websites in his career.
Andre’ Savoie
Internet Marketing Consultant, SEO & PPC Analyst, Social Media Consultant.
Andre’ is a search and social marketing specialist who has earned certifications through Google’s AdWords program, WSI’s Advanced Internet Marketing Program, as well as the Search Engine Academy (taught by John Alexander and Robin Nobles).
He works with clients in the areas of marketing strategy, search engine optimization (SEO), pay per click (PPC) and social media technology such as blogging.
Henry Ticong
Webmaster
Henry is a valuable member of the WSI team and brings extensive skills with open source programming in WordPress. Henry is skilled in PHP and HTML and supports clients as a webmaster.

Mary is our lead website designer and has wonderful creative skills as well as the ability to highlight the most important elements of a website.
