Modern Image – Document Scanning and Imaging Service
Business Objective: Modern Image was already a successful provider of document scanning services and imaging technology when they approached WSI to increase online sales. Despite having invested in a website describing their services and products over multiple years, the company received virtually no leads from their online presence. The causes were unknown – was it a dated design, ineffective landing pages or simply lack of search visibility for relevant keywords?
Our Solution: WSI followed its internet marketing assessment methodology to determine the causes and prescribe the right combination of actions and techniques to make their website contribute leads and sales to the business. The analysis included finding the most commonly searched keywords related to Modern Image’s business, adding analytical measurement tools, creating a design refresh, restructuring the company’s blog, and submitting company information to several local directory services. Content was edited to better match the text describing their services to the keywords of interest to online researchers, and a full set of on-page best-practices were applied to the updated site.
Results: Modern Image now receives multiple leads from the website on a weekly basis, and has closed several major deals it would never have even known about without WSI’s analysis, rework and support.
Coastal Pain Solutions
Port St. Lucie, Florida
Business Objective: Coastal Pain was a very successful medical practice specializing in treating pain symptoms for patients on the central Florida Coast, and beyond. The practice had grown through referrals from primary physicians, but found that growing the referring relationships was difficult and time consuming. And competing practices were aggressively promoting themselves directly to prospective patients online.
Our Solution: Applying our internet marketing assessment process, WSI was able to determine the critical keywords patients were searching for, and identify the top competing websites in Coastal Pain’s regional market. We assembled a strategy to institute a content-rich blog, social media visibility, paid search advertising, and organic search content development. Pages were updated with fresh copy, and best-practices were applied to the site including updated title tags, meta description tags, H1 and H2 markup tags, to make the site search-engine friendly. We created a targeted pay-per-click (PPC) campaign including bid and budget strategies, target keyword selections, ad copywriting and landing page optimization.
Results: Coastal Pain enjoyed an almost immediate increase in traffic to the site, and associated inquiries to their call center, within weeks of launching the new campaign. Several new patients were brought into the practice as a result, and these results continue to grow.
